Allow systems to define orbits along a general ellipse.

This isn't all that important but being able to define orbits on both the x,y, and angle would greatly expand the possibilities for custom systems by providing the illusion of more complex orbital interactions. Though it would probably wouldn't work in procgen since you're need to run several passes along a system.

If you are in need now, LazyLib has elliptical and Kepler orbits.
