There's an issue with select bounties where, for some reason, the condition of
Quote
"location_themes": [
            "theme_core_unpopulated",
can't be satisfied, so it shows up blank in the menu and the log shows an error:
Quote
ERROR org.magiclib.bounty.MagicBountyCoordinator  - No suitable spawn location could be found for bounty hmi_badomen
ERROR org.magiclib.bounty.MagicBountyCoordinator  - No suitable spawn location could be found for bounty hmi_damperblock

I'm adding "theme_interesting_minor" to these bounties so they might spawn instead of being blank and err-ing out.

EDIT:
adding that bit did make the bounties spawn in properly.
hmi_miningblaster1 is another one with this issue.
There was another, but I forget. Basically anything which can only spawn in "theme_core_unpopulated" failed for me.

This Junk-Class Combat Freighter is easily the worst and the best ship in the game.

I absolutely hate it with every fiber of my being.

I cannot live without it anymore.

Not having the ability to attack Mawell stations is so ...unexplainable when their fleets are going out of the way to take relays and burn drives. Also that I don't see the point of the stations spamming fleets like if they have a remote ship yard working.

I just saw my prognosticator using it super powerful long cd system on a single enemy fighter.. while the enemy carrier was right there.. can you add some sort of rule so it never uses its system on a fighter? Or maybe additionally on any ship that's less than 10dp?

Are remnant weapons just better versions of normal ones with no drawbacks (except ordinance points and flux)?

I have to agree with this, Maxwell is the only thing I dont like about this mod.

They dont add anything really (why would I ever want to sell alpha cores...) they spam fleets non stop, basically having more fleetpower than a major faction, their stations cannot be removed and they block valuable systems, also they completely break the lore of the game.

If you destroy 4 fleets, they get 4 fleets respawned instantly...

They cannot even be removed by console commands (infinity fleet spam bug) and I found no way to disable them.

I basically avoid them completely, no idea why this was added, I wish there was a option to remove them sorry :(

I'd think most of them are worse in most situations because of ordinance points and flux. Most of them have some sort of EMP damage associated with them at the cost of higher flux, and then things like the Graviton Beam lose a ton of DPS and is only maybe better if you can get 4+ beams on target, which limits use considerably.

Agreed, Maxwell feels pointless. Just adds clutter and lag to my game by spawning irrelevant stations and fleets.

A request, but seeing how interesting and unique a lot of the HMI places are, would it be worth adding some special uncolonized star systems that have unique conditions to it that make it difficult but interesting to colonize and turn a profit on?

Hi, I just recently noticed that during sector generation, for some reason the HMI spawn area gets extra stars when the sector is being generated.
Could anyone point me to where in the code i might find how sector generation is governed?

You know playing around with the mod a bit longer I was wondering:  Why don't Fang Society or Draco Group make pirate bases like the base factions?  It makes them seem far more... passive and less villainous.

My understanding is that lore-wise they are too busy fighting each other over a planet with Domain tech in it that they believe is key to their ambitions, somewhere in the HMI neighborhood.

Hey King Alfonso, I updated the mod for the new update along all my other mods but I've isolated a fatal crash to HMI on loading the game, stating

Fatal: Error loading [data.scripts.weapons.SignpostOnHitEffect]
Cause: data.scripts.weapons.SignpostOnHitEffect
Check starsector.log for more info.

If there is anything I might do to get around that, and thanks as always for your amazing work!
did anyone ever get back to you on this?
