A general feeling I get with this mod is, that it is kinda confusing for those who havent played a lot of Mount and Blade. I played Mount & Blade for a bit and am still kinda lost on what I should do with the Lord or Fief system.
Currently, when looking at the mod, my conclusion is that the aim would be to hunt down and imprison all other lords, since they only represent a detriment to the player.
This mod really spams my intel feed.
- "Lord XXXX was defeated...." An option to toggle these notifications on/off would be nice.
Hostile Alert:
- seems to only inform me once they already are almost at their target. Not really useful when fleets take weeks to get anywhere, that why vanilla attacks usually have at least a month of warning before the fleet reaches you, often even 2 to 3 months
- it does not show up in the faction tab of the Lord belongs to and also not in the faction tab the attacked target belongs to
Council
- needs to keep a list of all its decisions, not just the last one,
Fleet sizes and compositions
- Fleets have no logistics ships in them
- Im seeing fleets with around 40 combat ships, even though the normal fleet cap is supposed to be 30. In fact its 30 ships with logistics ship, so usual fleets only have at most 25 combat ships.
- oversized combat fleets make the battles long and tedious, it also diminishes the value frigates
- Hostile Alert counter invasion attacks come at you with 8 to 10 fleets, totaling around 300-400 smodded combat ships, that is just far too much firepower and takes too much time to fight
- Tri-Tachyon fleets tend to have Phase ships for a large part of their fleets, which the AI is really bad at handling.
- no idea how you are calculating the scaling, but high tech fleet with showing up with 10 capitals, 6 cruisers, 5 destroyers, 12 frigates (700+ DP), just seems strange when the player has a fleet of 1 cap, 2 cruisers, 3 destroyers, 17 frigates (219 DP).

Fiefs
- what do I do with them? I got Sentinel as a fief, but nothing changed. No additional income appeared. No new dialog options. Nothing.
Prisoners
- if I hold all enemy lords prisoners, does that have any effect?
- why would I ever release a prisoner if they cause headaches to me?
Intel Tabs
- since intel tabs are sorted alphabetically inside the blocks, it would be nice if you grouped yours for clarity. Ex: "SL - Lords", "SL - Politics", "SL - Prisoners"
