Ok many years ago I was making sprites for others to use for whatever they happen to fancy.
Now I am looking at creating a small faction (5-10 different ships of various designs) and would like to team up with a coder type person to make a mod that is compatible with Nexerelin.
Post here if interested, and shoot me a PM for further conversation about this.

I'm not entirely sure, but I have a feeling EZ Faction mods play fairly well with Nexerelin and DynaSector, given how the code works.  I am still working actively on EZ Faction, and the next version will have new capabilities, but it's already pretty solid.

If you can build the .ship files, etc., and a .faction file, you don't need a coder at all, unless  you want fancy Systems, etc.

i think, counting TUP, SWP, metelson and tyrandor, there is more than enough vanilla themed faction mods. but that's your choice.
