I seriously have no idea how to consistently spawn Tokiko or Reimu.

300+h and 10+ NG and i only meet Tokiko once.

Best i could found on how to do is it a bar event, which spawn when you reach coop rep with the faction.

It's a problem with bar event spawner. If you want best chance to find Tokiko and/or Reimu then check non Gensokyou bars first. This makes the event spawner less likely to spawn other events at the Gensokyou bars, because they just spawned in the bars you checked recently, which means more chance for Tokiko/Reimu to spawn. If they didn't spawn then wait a month and repeat. Also, Reimu only spawns after you have Tokiko and I'm pretty sure Tokiko only spawns at Hakurei.

So im curious how hard it is to spawn Gensokyou event, and decide to just going around the core sector bar by using console command, exhausting everything and came back to Gensokyou at the end of the month.

3 cycles, nothing.

They really need to fix this ***.

In the meantime you can try dev mode which causes a lot of missions to spawn.

Just want to first say I love this mod, aesthetically the ships and weapons are some of my favorites. I was just curious if anyone was able to give tips on how to get the Miko to fire the main gun when used by the AI, even linking it to the 2 guns in the universal slots hasn't worked for me (even when they are shorter range so its not a range issue). This is what im currently running and it doesn't fire at all:
