Sorry if already reported, don't want to browse the board because of possible spoilers.

Trying to donate the planetkiller to people with an excellent record of definitely not using them throws an error. I'm trying to do it through the admin, haven't done the quest on this save yet, so don't know if the secret police guy gives the same error or not (you can give it to him, right?)

Error is "no rule found for option pk_turnInDiktat". No screenshot because apparently the in-game screenshots are too large for forum attachments (Alex, please...)
