Industry Selection Panel - Grouping

I'd love to see a way to categorize structures/industries into groups without the one-build-per-group restriction.

(It's currently possible via industries.csv tag parent_item/sub_item, but only one item in that group can be built per market, which does not make the method usable for categorization.)
