9.2 works fine

9.3 is giving me this error:

Fatal: Ship hull spec [HS_Bellatrix] not found!

The moment i Start the game. I can't even get to the main menu lol

9.3? the last stable patch is 9.2

btw, also the issue you are encountering is with this one

Please delete your current Hyperion Systems mod install and re-install it with the latest version (the issue is I needed to rename the ship from Bellatrix -> Becrux because of mod naming compatibility with other mods in the community.

Bellatrix is from this mod correct?

Yes and no, since v0.8.3-b4 MODIFIED: Renaming of the following ships for mod compatibility of other mods (Bellatrix -> Becrux, Betelgeuse -> Scuti, Icarus -> Izar, Lynx -> Mintaka)

You might need to remove or delete your previous Hyperion Systems mod installation and reinstall the updated version, also any previous saves you have prior/before v0.8.3-b4 of the mod is incompatible with the current versions because of the name change.

You can read the recent changelogs to fully understand it, thanks for the reply!

EDIT: If you don't want to play a new game and play your current saves that has the previous ship names, you can play v0.8.3-b1 of this mod. Though any updated patches and new stuff added will only be added in the latest builds.

v0.9.2-HOTFIX 1

Fixes naming convention CTD bug (for people experiencing the Ship hull spec [HS_<INSERT SHIP NAME>] not found! error)

Changelogs:
  • FIXED: Issues with old ship and wing names included with the current version (they should now appear as "separate ship" but will work the same in game, Should be previous save compatible with older versions (prior 0.8.3-b4)
  • MODIFIED: Added and fixed some grammar in the description.

The Confederacy Valkyrie only cost 3 to deploy and supplies per month and it is a cruiser. I think you missed a digit on that ship.

ah thanks for finding a possible issue with the Valkyrie, but its based from this ship https://starsector.fandom.com/wiki/Valkyrie which is a destroyer level ship. btw if you look on to it its very very similar. Only difference is I added a few more weapon slots for the Confederacy version of it, and left most of its original stats except a bump on ordinance points abit to reflect the amount of weapons it can have.



Though yes, the supplies per month is too low I will increase it on some degree. As well as changing its designation to DESTROYER

Ah yes because I plan to make it an armored, more weapons version of the Valkyrie. I haven't tuned it down, so I left it close to a cruiser level. I can tune it down abit, in between cruiser level and destroyer level.

Also, I might be half-awake when I was doing the ship data stuffs. I usually do this past 12 am on my time usually haha

I was half-asleep when I was making the ship_data.csv file, yep thanks for noticing (I haven't noticed it or rechecked it after the fact). Smaller ships should have higher max burn rate than larger ships.

Though, I did decide to make phase ships having higher burn rate than non-phase ships.

EDIT: Wait, in the stats of vanilla ships "max burn rate" smaller ships have higher burn rate than larger ships (and the largest ones, cruiser to battlecruiser level is slow as heck)

yep, EDIT 2: don't mind the first edit, I did saw the values in reverse

EDIT 3: ah the values of max burn is that slow to make sure heavier ships have slow speeds, I can increase the values (as well to make sure all ships are balanced vs vanilla ships)

I think you should remove the maxcolonysize=10 in the settings.json of this mod. I'm not sure if you added this intentionally for some feature I'm not aware of yet or something else is happening on my end of things thats causing a weird growth interaction with all other factions. That or make a gigantic disclaimer that this setting is within the mod or incorporate a lunalib modsettings page with this setting to default. 

I was playing for a long period of time and realized that this has lead every faction(including myself) to grow past 6. I couldn't figure out what was causing this between AoTD, nex, indevo, and over 100 other mods.

ah yes, I keep forgetting to disable it on public release. I'll just edit the latest version without the max colony size.

I am the one whom uses the max colony size on my gameplays, sorry for the inconvenience
