Found this while traveling in hyperspace. Seems to be stuck like that.

I've encountered those too, but they vanish upon loading a game so one can't really provide Alex an easy example. I've seen two cases, a fleet of stuff frozen in space and some single ship still flying around with the directional arrow but no circle around it.

Thanks for the report(s). Saw this at some point in development, thought I'd quashed it but apparently not 100%. Like you said, the good thing is it goes away after a game load.
