Mah saves are being corrupted

So I recently DLd the latest version of the game and started playing again. But for whatever reason every so often when I start up the game to continue playing it says that there was an error loading my save. I mentions something about the save belonging to a different version, or that maybe it belongs to a mod that is no longer active but the game is updated and the mod I am using Project Ironclads is still active.

Any help with this problem would be appreciated.

Waiiit, never mind I fixed it. A mod can delete this thread.
