more CR feedback

not sure how much of this will be a null point by next patch, but I really think there could be a few more notifications (maybe just red/orange text right above the pancakes) that show why your CR is not at an ideal place

just simple things, like these:

Insufficient cargo space
Insufficient crew
Too many ships in fleet
Crew level too low

maybe there are more concise ways to phrase them, but I think this would really help especially new players in this regard

I agree, to me this is the biggest shortcoming of the pancakes
