Sorry if been posted before or this isnt the right section of forum, now onto the my query..

Is gamepad support on the the horizon as i feel this would be a excellent addition to the game.

Unfortunately gamepad support is something that is not going to happen, since it would require much more changes than one might think. Here's a quote from the developer:

You'll need to use the mouse to play the game, and there aren't any plans to allow keyboard-only or gamepad-only controls. I'm not going to say it's impossible, but the game is really made with the mouse in mind. Part of it is the code, but the other part of it is the design. Aiming and panning with the mouse, clicking on things in the command UI, all that - it's just designed around the mouse being the input device.

Thanks for the reply even though its bad news.

just started using XPADDER and with this have made a profile to enable me to use a gamepad just requires some smoothing round the edges as i need to know how app works 100%.
