Mouse Probleme in ubuntu windowed.

My config is sun java, i3wm and ubuntu 64.

In windowed mode the mouse can't click on button, and sometime it can.

It's strange.

Ah, didn't see this when I was responding to the other report.

Is it by chance having trouble with the buttons in the space taken up by the taskbar? There's an issue with Ubuntu where it's still absorbing mouse clicks in that area even when the game window is on top of the bar, so the game never sees them. If that's what's going on, hiding the taskbar or moving it to the left/right side of the screen should help.
