HELP- Blurry graphic cant play

Hi to all. .. Can anyone help me resolve a problem
when i start game its all blurry, i took a screenshot..



i just dont know whats wrong.. never had this kind of problem before and all other games run just fine

Notebook spec  HP 630 - i know it sucks but thats what i have
Graph card INTEL HD graphic
Windows 7

Open Intel graphics control panel, seek texture quality settings for your card and set them on maximum.
