Weird AI problems again

I noticed that ships seem to be having a weird wobbling problem again.  To see the bug in action put an outdated dominator versus any other cruiser.  You should see some weird inconsistencies in how the AI fights the dominator.

Hmm. Not seeing anything odd vs an Eagle, hardly any wobbling at all, on either side - and when it happens it seems appropriate (i.e., spread damage out while venting).

Also, this doesn't quite belong in bug reports - moving to suggestions.
