I got fairly far into the game before checking on Askonia (Level 12, fleet capable of taking on any bounty) but now nothing out of the ordinary happens when I visit any Diktat bars. There's no sign of any items from the questline, no kinetic blasters in my inventory, and no Director of Intelligence in the Sindria Comms... Did I miss the questline? Is this a bug? Or am I just horribly unlucky? I've checked the system a couple times, but I recall this quest happening upon first visits to the Cruor bar...

Edit: Nevermind, I got the quest, it just took a bit longer than I expected.
