Make command channels stay open even after you close the strategic view

It just feels kinda crappy to force myself into the strategic view and out of my ship when I want to give some commands to my fleet. I dont really know why this was even done to begin with, but I'm guessing the game would only get better without it.

pls - kills me every time I give a command, drop tac screen, then realize I need another command.

you have leadership skills that significantly reduce the cooldown period of giving commands, plus this would make taking some objectives obsolete and greatly affect currently existing features of the game.

If you feel like it, you can take that stupid ridiculously expensive command hullmod. Though I feel like that hullmod should cost like... Armour cost and not whatever it is right now... What is it? Like 40 op for a destroyer?
