Wrong Battle Portrait Used for Station with Alpha Core

I haven't had a chance to try and reproduce this a second time, but I did the following:

This is the third battle in the same engagement around this station. My flagship was destroyed in the first engagement; the second engagement I selected a new flagship before the battle started; the third one I did not (And then immediately sent my command shuttle to one of my other ships).

Instead of the Alpha Core portrait being used for this Station (As it has an installed Alpha Core) it uses my characters portrait.
