[0.97a-RC8] Traders/smugglers only giving normal salvage, no cargo.

See attached screenshots,

Attacking convoys of traders is only returning the normal salvage for their ships, no cargo from their trading. Currenting grabbing more examples, will update further.

Another example. I have more saved now if needed but I don't want to spam any more. hard to get them to all play nice with the file size limits.
