I'm not receiving the email with the activation code

Hello!

I've just purchased the game and received a confirmation of my order placement on the BMT micro website, but i still haven't received any email yet (not even in spam)
Can someone please help?

Thank you and i can't wait to play the game!  :D

Hi - I'm sorry about the delay! It's possible that your order got flagged for manual review; the automated fraud-detection system does that sometimes. Depending on what the message said, it's also possible that the order didn't go through (e.g. such as the credit card charge being declined). If you send an email to orders [at] bmtmicro [dot] com, they can check on it for you.
