Which file contains the effect of the nanoforge(or other special items)?

in special_items.csv there is nothing related to the item's effect,only points to a plugin com.fs.starfarer.api.campaign.impl.items.GenericSpecialItemPlugin.That plugin also contains nothing related to the item's effect.

I want to make the Pristine Nanoforge not to create pollution.or,both nanoforge have a chance to fill a gauge,the pristine one has less chance,the pollution will be added to the planet when the gauge is filled.
then,make both nanoforge have the same buff to heavy industry(make the pristine nanoforge less effective,but without pollution.).
where should I start?

Check ItemEffectsRepo its where all item effects are located, but the effect for adding pollution condition is in HeavyIndustry iirc.
