Crashes during combat

I'm still hanging around on 0.95.1a-RC6 and wait for all the other mods to get updated to 0.96
this is my 6th run now and it's gone all well and good but every now and then when i enter combat i get FATAL 1 (sometimes Fatal 2) errors
and its very strange when after barely a minute into combat i notice the shields went invisible and nobody takes damage on both sides
we keep blasting each other until the game eventually crash or i force endcombat in the console and i've heard Realistic combat might be the culprit behind this bug which is strange because prior to this new run it never happened to me before

both of my other runs before had realistic combat on and i could revisit them anytime and go into combat without any problems

can anyone on the forum help provide me the most recent version of Realistic combat for 0.95.1a-RC6 because i could not locate it anywhere

So out of frustration I reinstalled Realistic Combat and now it shows fatal 2 error

after defeating that ONE fleet that was causing my game to constantly going fatal error 1 or 2
i notice the size of my save
because when that fleet was still around it was ~105mb and after I beat that fleet my save size went down to 50mb and combat was going smoothly again

edit: it happened again after i toggle modifyShipSpecs back on

Well it seems the SW voice lines' removal fixed the issue
