you cant just copy and paste /kit-bash (if that's what it is) some rank parts that all ready exists or did upgrade have a rule against it?

UPGRADE!  Hope you don't mind me borrowing your TimCORP eagle for the elite badge.  All "Elite" crew are in a specific order of the system, called the "Screaming Eagles."

EDIT:
Woops, there's no head on your eagle. o.O
Anyways, it's REALLY hard to find a low resolution eagle head to put on the badge.  everything else its sorted out, recruit, regular, and veteran, just that damn elite. >_<
