I know the Neural Interface makes it possible but I really hate that thing. It not only forces you to spend 2*50 OP on two ships but also having that skill.

Is there a mod guys which removes this penalty? I want the Radiant to be my flag ship and for once in my life fly and test it in battle.

Thank you! I will check it out later if its possible to use it with the new 0.96a version. I also read that it breaks saves. What does that mean?

If a mod "breaks saves", it means that if you add it, once removed, you can't play without it.

Basically the mod becomes mandatory for the current save.

Oh thats unfortunate. Hmmm Im not sure I am trying that mod out then.

You should at least be able to change the OP value of those hullmods yourself. Just head to starsector-core/data/hullmods/hull_mods.csv and modify the "cost_frigate", "cost_dest", "cost_cruiser", and "cost_capital" for the "Neural Interface" and Neural Integrator.
