Arulite Starworks v0.3 The Descriptioning

Requires Magiclib & LazyLib

Currently adds ships, weapons and portraits. More of the same and different in the works.

Attention
If you are experiencing an issue with Persean League fleets not using Conquest/Pegasus this is due to changes in vanilla .faction files in 0.96 where modded ships for some factions such as the PL under the 'priority' tag block the spawning of vanilla capitals. These instructions will remain for anyone still using v0.2b till the next update of the mod.

To resolve this please use this method:

1) Go to Starsector\mods\Arulite Starworks\data\world\factions and find the persean_league.faction file. Open the file then delete the contents and replace them with this:

2) Save & exit this file, if you are starting a new game you shouldn't run into any issues, however, if you are mid-playthrough you will need to enable devMode and save in order to 'refresh' the known ships.

3)To do this go to Starsector\starsector-core\data\config and open settings.json, devMode should be on line 10 and you will need to change the 'false' to 'true' then load your game and save. Next exit Starsector and disable devMode following the prior instructions, this time changing 'true' to 'false'.

You should now have the Conquest and Pegasus spawn in your Persean fleets/markets again alongside the Garuda. This is an issue that will be resolved for the next update of Arulite so you will not have to manually make these adjustments in the future probably.

No worries, hope you enjoy it. To be honest I have most of the descriptions in a google doc, but every time someone mentions the lack of them in the mod I push the implementation of them back another update to spite them.

No worries, hope you enjoy it. To be honest I have most of the descriptions in a google doc, but every time someone mentions the lack of them in the mod I push the implementation of them back another update to spite them.

That's probably... not good?

The Mercs, Tri-Tach and [REDACTED] have access to the Interceptor Array, so Tri-Tach markets would probably be your best bet to buy some

Ah yeah another post was talking about modded capitals overriding the Conquest and Pegasus cause modded capitals are prioritized while the vanilla ones are not.
I guess mods should just add the new ships to their blueprints instead of setting priorities?

Well yes, but actually no. Some factions have priority ships in vanilla .faction files usually due to doctrine reasons, in 0.95 the PL had the Conquest and Odyssey as priority but they don't have any priority ships set up in 0.96 which is likely where this issue originated from. I have done some further testing and have updated the fix message.

Some balans feedback: Phalanx PDC has way too much dps, Rhino Cannon needs to cost more OP (24-28 range), Garuda DP probably needs to be more (45 maybe)
