Multiple speed up settings?

Hello, I have been wondering if there is a way to have multiple speed up values on the campaign map, as in, pressing Shift would set it to 2x the speed and pressing CTRL + Shift would set it to 5x for example, I know i can change the "campaignSpeedupMult" to the desired speed multiplier but i would love to have 2 separate speeds, one for passing time when im waiting for something and one for cruising around since I always play with the speed up toggled on, thanks in advance!
