It is in fact Nexerelin which adds Tohsaka and Einzbern to the name gen list. You can thank our resident Histidine for that one.

Now that you mention it, I think the game would be improved if we had a system named "White" with an abandoned station named "Bad" in it and when you break the station, it triggers an event that changes the system name to "Heisenberg."

There are systems/planets named after D&D Villians such as Tiamat and Vecna... along with all kinds of other references to pop-culture/fantasy/sci-fi.
