Does this allow you to capture generic crew members or just the officers?

It's only officers. I've been using it for awhile now and the lack of a memory leak that Capture Crews & Officers has is a noticeable improvement.

Finally, the option to talk to officers is here. Even if its only captured officers.

Prisoner ability missing from ability hotbar when starting with tutorial. Any way to get it with console commands?

What is the condition for the Bribe and Ransom options to appear/work ? I've had one officer that had the bribe option but it crashed the game when used.
I've had instances where if I try recruiting officers with high level (lvl 10+) their skills disappear once recruited.

I've defeated the Grand Fleet for PAGSM but didn't get the option to talk to the level 15 admiral. Doesn't appear in my prisoner list.

Issue with missing Prisoner Ability still there. Not starting with the ability when starting the game with tutorial only when skipping it, just to let you know.

I added the missing ability for reference:

no one's ever reported this and the code has always been the same, so not going to post a traditional update for this. shows how many people use the tutorial i guess.

this should fix it on your next game load.

I also had an issue with prisoner ability and started with tutorial but updating the mod fixed the issue, thanks. Besides that I have a question. Does releasing prisoners have an effect on the faction or the prisoner itself? For example, if I release a prisoner will I ever see them again? I assume not but just want to be sure.
