how does one change the effects of random diplomatic events in nexerelin?

'random diplomatic events' or whatever theyre called, i feel like having an up to like 15 relation change per event can be really annoying, is there a way to make it so that the changes arent so big?

The config file for diplomatic actions is in the Nexerelin\data\config\exerelin folder labelled "diplomancyConfig.json". I recommend increasing the "eventFrquency" variable (it is the number of days between diplomatic events). The default is 20, and I've found 100-160 to be a good range for me.

Is there a way to turn off the notification spam in game for diplomacy events ?
