[0.9.1a] Hatsune Miku On The Side Of A Pandemonium

Requires Vayra's Sector, Diable Avionics, and YRXP to function
for obvious reasons

Basically a mini-mod that adds a YRXP themed Pandemonium HVB to the game. Mostly because I thought it would be funny, but also because there aren't any HVBs between modded factions.
Due to the way that Vayra's Sector loads HVBs, these kinds of bounties can only be added through minimods like this.

-why did i even take those off?
graphics/ships folder now 50% more haunted
no longer possible to contact mod author IRL (in hiding after necroing thread)

This mod does not function without Yuri Expedition.
Yuri Expedition has not been updated to version 0.95.
This mod will not function in version 0.95.
