Can't enable GraphicLib

Hello,
I have a problem where can not find GraphicLib in the list of mods to enable despite having download and extract it the mods folder.
Because of that the command Allhulls doesn't work and I always get :

Added 0 ship to storage

this is 2 separate issues - for the first one make sure your grapicslib install looks like this, with mod_info.json in /mods/graphicslib


and for the second one, redownload concord

I still have the problem where the AllHulls command doesn't work even after redownloading CONCORD
