[0.95.1a-RC5] Phase field detected-at range bug

The detected-at range multiplier will not apply instantly after I switch the transponder.
I must open the fleet page once to refresh the buff

Thank you for the report - just fixed this one up a couple of hours ago, but I appreciate you letting me know; I'd much rather hear about something a few times than none at all!
