Pirate base orbiting one star in a binary system and landing inside other star

See the screenshot attached. The pirate base is inside one of the stars, which probably shouldn't happen.

Hi - thank you for the report! I'll keep an eye out for this. (Unfortunately, this is something I haven't been able to reproduce on my end; even where this happens on sector generation, using the same seed doesn't seem to produce the issue...)
