game freeze and CTD on unsurveyed planets

out of habit, I press 1 way too faster after clicking a planet and if the unsurveyed planet options screen doesn't load fast enough the screen turns gray and game freezes, stuck at 50% cpu, but the memory load does not change at all. if I press esc it CTD.

I have nex, so maybe it's the mining options that trigger this, idk. thank all the gods in the multiverses for that auto-save mod.
