Arsenal expansion bug - sierra

For the creator of the Arsenal expansion mod, Inventor Raccoon,

Your beloved special ship Sierra is currently bugged. The ship is currently experiencing an issue with it's special ability and graphically glitches out. Oddly, it's still functional if you ignore the random white noise filling around the ship.

If you have any idea how to fix this please post your thoughts.
