"Archive is corrupt"

Whenever I try to extract the files onto my computer (windows 10) using WinRAR i get a "WinRAR diagnostic message" saying that "The archive is corrupt". I have tried both of the windows download links available on the download page and wondering if anybody else is having this problem and how i might fix it. i have played the game before and am downloading a the game again because i deleted the files from my computer some time ago, there are no files of the game left on my computer including the downloaders.

0.95a-RC15 is not a .rar nor a .7z
Its a .exe, which means that you just double click it and it unpacks itself.
