We did it guys, we ruined Safety Overrides for everyone else thru sheer meme power!

Looks like I asked about what if cut off SO of this build right in time.
Rest in pepperoni, Build in Safety Overrides (BSO).
Well, just putting Safety Overrides alone is not that good option in terms of OP, this cuts a lot of builds, sure, not all of them, but still. I'm gonna test swarms of Scarabs and Hyperions without safety override, and with just aggresive officers instead of reckless.
