Well I raided a LP Base many times and it got decivilized but it's still supporting their activity.

Hi - thank you for the report! This came up I think a couple of weeks ago, and is fixed for the next release.

(In the meantime, the good news is that Pather cells are bugged and won't actually carry out any attacks unless stability is below 2, so it's not too much of a problem to have them stick around...)

good to hear, I guess pirate bases are affected as well?
