Is there any mod that allows you to Sell your Colonies?

So i've been colonizing a lot in one of my playthroughs.

And i ran with the problem that i feel all my colonies are way too spread out and i can't really prevent raiding on some of the colonies.

I know there's the option to grant them autonomy. But i also want to make my Allies Stronger.

Is there any option to sell your Colony to Factions in any mod?

sell - no. Give? yes - Nexerelin, via dialogue with an administrator in the comm panel.
