Creating new game error

Hey, so when I try creating a new game it takes me to March 1 c. 206 and then the game gives me an error message. It says to go to starsector.log, but I have been unable to find such a folder. I have tried redownloading and allocating more ram, but that does not seem to work. I am running macOS Mojave 10.14.2 and if anyone can help me I would be thankful.

Hi - based on your description, I suspect that the game's app package is still in the Downloads/ folder. If you move it elsewhere - say, to Applications/ - that should resolve the issue. Sorry about the trouble!
