Adding place to store spare cash plus

So was wondering if it would be possible to add some sort of place where you could store money like in a owned station or building. ANd then making it so that the money you carry on you when you lose ships in battles you have a chance to lose that ships quota of hash they have to pay the crew. This would make it more risk and reward in game also make it so that trading would be more interesting.
