Option to threaten stations

As in title, add an interaction option with stations essentially allowing you to threaten them.

Currently, if you end up fighting a patrol of that station, it will start refusing to trade with you. This is frustrating gameplay wise, and slightly dumbfounding if you possess overwhelming superiority of firepower. Like, if I've got a capital fleet parked in your orbit, maybe you should open your port if I say so?

Some gunboat diplomacy would be nice.
