I'd love to see a way to set map markers, and/or ways to draw on the map in general.
I'd like to pin areas to come back to/avoid, or plot out a safe route through hyperspace.
With a note system, I could write out resources a sector is known for, and plan my visits accordingly.
It could be set to a separate layer much like the current system (fuel range/inhabited/constellations, etc) to avoid screen clutter.
