Factions keep item bonuses even after player raids and steals that item

Not sure if this is intended or not for synchrotron or forges but...

For example, I go to big C in Aztlan, raid the planet and swipe Hegemony's pristine nanoforge.  I look at their colony stats later and it still displays +50% to ship quality due to pristine nanoforge even after my fleet steals it from them.

Also seen with corrupted nanoforge at Sindria.

I do not remember if Sindria keeps its increased production of fuel if I steal their synchrotron.

Hmm - just tried it and not seeing that. Possibly something I'd fixed in the meantime factored in here? In any case, thank you for reporting this - I'll keep an eye out.
