Ok,so the save file is seen but won't load because it says incompatible with current mods. However the only thing I just updated is SS to 10 from 9. So I guess it's on to another new game?

Hmm, that probably means the main file itself got corrupted somehow, too. Argh.

It's the error dialog that says it *may* be due to changed mods, right? If mods haven't changed then the most likely cause of that is a corrupted savefile...
