5 minute mockup:



(could use the other side too, although it'd be hard to fit a full Astral load purely using the right edge)

I was looking at this screenshot and thought this feature would be handy.

Neat!  How well does it work with modded carriers that have more than six fighter bays?  Start up a second column for that?

Perhaps stack by wing type, with an 'x 2', 'x 3', etc alongside?

It'll add a column on the right side. AFAIK >6 fighters causes combat UI issues as well, though; it's in "not supported, just not explicitly impossible" territory.

Nice! I was recently using specialized fighter ships and this would be helpful in keeping them sorted.
