You tried to disable windows defender of how this built-in AV called ?

The solution was to install the 16.5.11 drivers for my RX 480 which numerous subreddits called the most stable AMD driver of last year, it's the last edition before the infamous "relive" feature started mucking around in the code of things. I installed those drivers, the 64-bit jre + ram fix, and my game is running at 100fps+. Alex if this extremely rare issue comes up again and they're on AMD, this fixed it entirely. I'm not sure what the holdup was since I'm not a programmer.
