Crashing on "stabilising economy"

Every time i start a new game the game crashes when it's stabilising the economy.

I have updated all the graphics card drivers. Rebooted computer.

Currently running windows 10 pro 64 bit with 12Gbs of Ram. I have copied error log below.

It's an issue with one of the mods (probably not updated for this version of the game), but I'm not sure which one. Whichever one has something with the id "mobile_headquarters" in it.

Remove the NGO mod.

Thanks for the quick reply, that seems to have sorted that. So is it that the NGO mod is out of date or just the mod is messing with the game?

It is out of date since he won't/ hasn't updated to fix this bug
