Faction creation and Factories

Factions - Player has the ability to create modify and name his faction. Player owned faction has the ability to create a faction logo, military fighting possitions( these would be for a player owned factions ai controlled fleet to use according to the situation), mining colonies, orbital stations, and factories.
Factories - Player built building that use refined minerals and ores to build ships.

I know that alex does not want to add technology into the game, but from what I can tell orbital stations are already ingame.
