No, this was a colony held by the Hegemony that I raided beforehand. It ended up getting decivilized (like I wanted), but when I re-colonized the planet, the new Spaceport said it was being disrupted from the start of the new colony.

It... just doesn't make sense. 

Well i suppose you did JUST decivilized the planet.

Im not entirely sure if its intentional or a bug but god mode only affects your ship but not the rest of your fleet.

*edit. i guess i should have used the help command huh?
